Dr. Christopher Chauncey Watson, PhD, MHS
Founder & Principal Strategist

Dr. Christopher Chauncey Watson brings over 20 years of diverse experience, including roles in marketing and corporate executive leadership on a global scale. He has served as Deputy Director of a major U.S. health department and Strategy Advisor to Black-led policy coalitions, contributing to innovative public health initiatives. Dr. Watson holds aD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a Master’s in Human Service Administration from Lincoln University, and an undergraduate degree from North Carolina A&T State University. An advocate for minority visibility, his leadership is shaped by lived experience and a deep commitment to justice. When not advising executives, he mentors rising leaders, cultivates spaces for radical joy, and fosters community through conversation.
